Seminar Hotel

Members' Seminar will be held Friday afternoon March 6 through midday Sunday March 8, at Cottage Grove Inn, 845 Gateway Boulevard, Cottage Grove, Oregon. Nightly room charge is one hundred five dollars plus local taxes and fees. Hotel breakfast is included with your stay. Check in time 4:00 pm.

Hotel Guest Room Reservation

Please phone Cottage Grove Inn at 541-767-3100 to make your hotel guest room reservation unless you are receiving financial assistance from your chapter or the state affiliate. If you are receiving financial assistance guest room reservations will be made on your behalf.

Transportation

Linn-Benton, Rose City, and Southern Oregon chapters are arranging for round trip van transportation. Please contact your chapter president for more information or to reserve your spot.

Seminar Registration

Seminar registration is ten dollars per person attending. The registration and payment web pages will be available soon.

Meals

Three meals will be available as part of the seminar weekend at a package price of fifty dollars per person. This includes Friday night dinner, Saturday lunch, and Saturday dinner. Meal choices will be available on the registration page soon. Prices for individual meals are not available at this event. Breakfasts are included in the hotel restaurant for those staying in the hotel.

Important Dates

Friday, February 6 - Deadline for financial assistance requests to attend this event. Please contact your chapter president before contacting he state affiliate president.

Friday, February 20 - Deadline for Hotel reservation, seminar egistration, and the website payment option.

Seminar attendees are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct.
