If you want to learn about NFB-NEWSLINE® or updates to this free service, we have you covered with a NFB-NEWSLINE® information session on June 16, 2022.  This session, conducted on Zoom by Jesse Shirek, will cover the diverse sources of information available on NFB-NEWSLINE®, the wide range of technology that people can use to access NFB-NEWSLINE®, who qualifies for NFB-NEWSLINE® and how people can sign up. Q. What is NFB-NEWSLINE®?
A. NFB-NEWSLINE® is a free audio news service for anyone who is blind, low-vision, deaf-blind or otherwise print disabled that offers access to more than 50 publications, emergency weather alerts, job listings and much more. NFB-NEWSLINE® is supported in Oregon by Oregon Commission for the Blind, Talking Book and Braille Library and National Federation of the Blind of Oregon. 

Q. What do NEB-NEWSLINE® subscribers have access to?
A. National newspapers, breaking news sources, international newspapers, magazines, state newspapers, emergency weather alerts, the alerts that scrolls along the bottom of your television screen, job listings, television listings and more

Q. How do I access NFB-NEWSLINE?
A. IOS mobile app 3.0 with KNFB Reader basic, NFB-NEWSLINE® Mobile for IOS, phone, Amazon Alexa, website, email and portable players.
