Mentor Program: To help promote an inclusive and enjoyable experience, we will be offering those attendees who are new or need special assistance to be paired with a mentor. The mentor will serve to help answer any questions, offer orientation, and be a contact throughout convention.
If you would like to be paired with a mentor please help us best match you by indicating what aspects of convention you feel a mentor will be helpful with.
Saturday "grab and go" breakfast: ($5 if separate from the meal package) Mix of yogurt, granola bars, fruit, pastries, cheese sticks, and other breakfast items. Available before sessions on Saturday and Sunday. You may pick up and go elsewhere to eat because there will be no seating in the suite where breakfast is distributed.
Saturday Lunch: ($22 if separate from the meal package)
Saturday Banquet: $30 (If separate from the meal package)

Hotel reservations: The convention hotel is Hilton Garden inn, 3528 Gateway Street, Springfield, Oregon. Room rates are singles, doubles, triples and quads $127 per night plus fees and local taxes. Cancellation policy: Cancellation of a hotel reservation must be received not later than Thursday, September 14, 2023 to avoid being asked to cover the room charge.
