The outpouring of love from the Federation family, as well as the disability rights and legal communities, has been felt by his loved ones. A Celebration of Life to honor Scott will be held January 21, 2023, in Denver, Colorado, at 4:30 p.m. MT / 6:30 p.m. ET.
