Southern Oregon Chapter

Meeting Minutes

December 5, 2020

 

The meeting was called to order at 12:00, by conference call.

Members: Stephanie, Marv, Katie, Vivian, Chrissy, Corine, Norman, ax, Don,
Patrick, minh, Daniel and Don

Minh did not have the printed bank statement. The treasurer's report was
tabled until next meeting.

Vivian reviewed the November minutes.

Katie motioned to accept the minutes Ax seconded; the motion passed.

Presidential release:

This was the 500 presidential release. Mrs. Jernigan and Mark Maura were
with President Riccobono. There was talk about the first recorded release,
with Kenneth Jernigan.

There is a  open house for new members; at nfb.org

Washington Seminar will be virtual. Details to come later.

State convention:

As usual Carla did a good job with the convention. The only thing people
missed was being able to  be there in person.

Everyone enjoyed our first virtual convention. There were good breakout
sessions and Kevin Whirley's gave a good banquet speech.

Everyone like the speech Craig gave Saturday.

Don won the gift card.
