Southern Oregon Chapter

Meeting Minutes

 

The meeting was called to order at 12:00pm by conference call.

Katie read the one minute message.

 

Members in attendance: Stephanie, Marven, Katie, Vivian, John, Chrissy,
Cathy, Minh, Daniel, Carolyn, Ax, Patrick and Corine

 

The secretarys report was received by everyone except John. Stephanie asked
for any questions or corrections. Marven motion to accept the report and
Katie seconded the report passed.

Cathy read the treasurers report:

Vivian motions to accept the treasurer's report, Katie seconded, the motion
passed

corine  motions to  change the membership  date that Dues are do; from
October to October,  to January to January. Cathy seconded the motion
passed.

National Convention:

National is on zoom crowd compass as well as you tube and land line number
to reach the convention.

You can go to nfb.org or news line to find and personalize your adjenda.

There is a lot of meetings and something for everyone. You can visit the
presidential suite.

Speaker of the house, Nancy Pelosi, will speak with President Marc Ricobono
during convention.

 

 

Katie reported that the rookie round-up went well there was a large crowd.

State convention:

The gift card fund raiser will be put on hold until next year.

 

Patrick lost out on a job because of accessibility issues The person said he
would be a good fit if not for this issue. He was also told to keep in touch
with them.

. Corine is going to look into this matter, she believes it can ve fix.

 

Katie won the gift card.
