[Rose_City_Chapter] canceling chapter meeting

Kirk called me today and told me that he has no electric and does not know when it will be turned on again. Due to this he is canceling our virtual chapter meeting this Saturday since he is not able to run the zoom platform. We hope that he will get his electric back on soon.
