> Dear Kirk,
>
> I hope this email finds you well. I am just circling back on my communication from a couple of week ago. I wanted to see if were able to find the document, you had any questions, wanted to schedule a time to discuss it or anything else. Our next online open house will be held on Thursday, September 17 at noon. If you would like to arrange a presentation to a group in your community, I am happy to arrange that. Here is the link to the webpage with the documents, surveys, and open house registration.

>
> Dear Colleague,
>
> Today the Portland Bureau of Transportation is happy to share release of its draft ADA Title II Public Right of Way Transition Plan. The public comment period is open until November 20, 2020.
>
> PBOT is committed to providing equal access to the transportation system and our programs. This plan is intended to define how we will verify all non-compliance in the public right-of-way and the methods we will use to bring those elements into compliance over the life of the plan. Elements in the public right-of-way include curb ramps, sidewalks, pedestrian signals, transit stops, and parking. In addition to these elements, the plan covers how PBOT will ensure access to all its programs, policies, procedures, and practices.

>
> The webpage includes electronic versions of the draft plan and related survey in English and our 10 safe harbor languages. Outreach would typically include public open houses, attendance at meetings, tables at public events, and other person-to-person engagement. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all outreach will be online. We have scheduled 6 virtual open houses. The first one is next Tuesday, September 1 at 5:30 pm. We hope you will register for one of them or invite us to attend one of the meetings your organization regularly holds or schedules to discuss this plan.
>
> We hope your will review the plan and provide us your comments. We hope you will share this widely with your community for their comments. If there are any organizations or individuals you think might not have received it, please feel free to forward this email and/or let me know and I will share it with them.
>
> If you have any questions, would like copies of the plan in English, other languages, or other formats, please contact me.
