[Rose_City_Chapter] Voting At State Convention

Hello everyone,

State Convention is just over a month away. All five affiliate officer and two board positions will be among the items voted on this year. If you are planning to vote at State Convention there are two things to do. 

First, it will be necessary to have membership dues paid for 2020. Rose City Chapter has received dues from those regularly attending meetings, and a few others but not from everyone subscribed to this email list. If you are unsure if we have your dues for this year please send a note to 
Joyce Green or me. Joyce maintains a list of dues paid and I maintain the membership spreadsheet that will be used by the affiliate and National Office for the voting process.

The second is to register the telephone number you will use for voting. Carla McQuillan has sent instructions for that, I have added them here.

 Hello Oregon NFB Members,

If you are a dues paid member of the NFB of Oregon and plan to vote at our State Convention in November, you must enroll to vote no later than October 20.  Please note that this is a hard deadline.  Follow the link below to enroll in the voting system, that will allow you to vote by phone.  Be sure to give the same phone number you plan to use for voting.  The system will not allow you to vote from any number other than the one you give in the Voter Enrollment.

It is simple, and will take about 1 minute.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email me.  We will soon have the option to pay dues on our website.  We will send out notice when it is available.  Until then, you can enroll to vote, as long as your dues are paid by the October 20 deadline.
