Thursday, November 11

5-9PM	Exhibitors
Because we are having a Hybrid Convention, we are asking that our Exhibitors prepare a 30 minute presentation that we will offer to Convention Registrants via the Zoom platform.  Details about which vendor will present at which time will be available with the complete agenda.

9 AM-Noon General Sessions

12:00	Luncheon with Keynote Speaker

1:30-5	Break Out Sessions

9-11	Business Meeting


Hotel Rates:  $99/night+ tax King or Double Queen

Registration: $10 for all attendees. Registration is required to be entered in door prize drawings. 

Meal Package:  $60 (includes Friday Auction, Saturday Lunch and Banquet, and Grab and Go Breakfast Saturday and Sunday, Sponsored by the Chapters)  The meal package is for in person attendees only.

Prices for individual meals: Friday auction, $25, Saturday lunch $15 and Saturday banquet $30. Total $70.

Closed Captioning:  If you are in need of closed captioning, you must let us know when you register, no later than Oct. 28.

Note:  All in person attendees must show proof of vaccination status, or provide a negative test that was taken no earlier than 3 days prior to arrival at Convention.  Masks must be worn during sessions.  Masks will be available if anyone needs one.
