[NFB-Oregon-Announce] Correction on the time for the great gathering in meeting on February 8 for the Washington seminar

I am sorry, it was brought to my attention that the great gathering in meeting scheduled for February 8 is at 5 PM Eastern, not 5 PM Pacific. That would mean that the meeting will begin at two, and end at 4 PM Pacific time. Please make this adjustment to your calendar. Sorry for the error.
