Greetings,

I hope you are well and safe.

Many members have been asking about the National Convention, and how to access the meetings by phone or computer. Those details have not yet been released, but we should have something to distribute by the end of June.

In the meantime, we should make some plans for Oregon activities in the evenings when we are gathering in Eugene for General sessions. We can include anyone who wants to participate. Those who will be enjoying the convention from home could still join us in the evening via Zoom.

If you have ideas for some fun games, discussions, or other activities that could take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, please send them to me. These should be somewhere in the 1 hour time frame, beginning at around 8 PM. The sessions are done by 7, and this would give people an opportunity to have dinner before engaging in the activity.

I look forward to getting together... even if it is virtual.
