Motor coach transportation reservation:
Departs Friday, October 28 returns Sunday October 30. Riders are welcome to bring a snack as there are no meal stops scheduled. There will be a restroom on board and a short rest stop at Springfield. Help us keep on schedule by arriving in plenty of time at your departure location. The schedule should allow plenty of time to board.

Salem - arrives 8:30 - McDonalds 1598 Hawthorne Ave N.E.
Albany - arrival 9:15 - McDonald’s 3232 E Pacific
Eugene - arrival 10:00 - 3405 Gateway St. (actually a Springfield address)
Anticipated arrival at the convention hotel 1:00 PM

Departure from the convention hotel is Sunday, October 30 at 12:00 noon

Mentor Program: To help promote an inclusive and enjoyable experience, we will be offering those attendees who are new or need special assistance to be paired with a mentor. The mentor will serve to help answer any questions, offer orientation, and be a contact throughout convention.

If you would like to be paired with a mentor please help us best match you by indicating what aspects of convention you feel a mentor will be helpful with.

Meals: We will offer six meals during the weekend. Friday taco bar, Saturday and Sunday mornings "grab and go" breakfasts, Saturday lunch and Saturday evening banquet. Details and options for meal choices are below. If you choose all five meals the package price will be $40. If you choose individual meals your cost will be the total of the individual meals you chose. For Sunday lunch we will offer a "take it with you" sack lunch for $10 (not included in the package price).

Friday Taco Bar $10
Seasoned chicken and beef, refried beans (Vegan), rice (Vegan), seven layer dip, corn and black bean salad(Vegan), chips (vegan), fajita veggies (vegan), salsa, cheese, tomatoes, and cilantro lime cabbage, mexican chocolate cookies

Saturday "grab and go" breakfast $2.50 will include: Boiled eggs, yogurt, granola bars, string cheese, and some type of a drink.

Saturday Lunch: $10
Soups chili con carne, minestrone with Italian Sausage or thai oconut pumpkin Lentil (Vegan). Sandwiches served with provolone cheese on french bread or a lettuce wrap. Please make your sandwich selection below.

Saturday Banquet: $25
Side items will be rice, macaroni salad, coleslaw, and Hawaiian rolls

Sunday "grab and go" breakfast $2.50 will include: Boiled eggs, yogurt, granola bars, string cheese, and some type of a drink.

Sunday "take it with you" sack lunch $10 will include a ham, turkey or veggie sandwich, chips and a drink. (Not included in the food package.)

Hotel reservations: The convention hotel is Rogue Regency Inn and Suites, 2300 Biddle Road, Medford Oregon. Room rates are singles $86, doubles, triples and quads are $106 per night plus fees and local taxes. Please make your hotel reservation below, no need to contact the affiliate office this time around for a reservation (check all that apply). Use the message box below the check boxes to indicate your preferred room type and for any special requests.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation of a hotel reservation must be received not later than October 21, 2022 to avoid being asked to cover the room charge.
