[Rose_City_Chapter] chapter meeting cancelled

Kirk called me and told me that he has no power, no internet access so he
will not be able to run the chapter meeting on Zoom tomorrow. He regretfully
told me that the meeting will have to be cancelled and we have our chapter
meeting in February. Please stay safe and warm.
