I am pasting the minutes from our March chapter meeting. Please take a look at them and let me know of any changes or corrections or if the minutes look good to you.

NFB of Oregon Rose city Chapter

Minutes March 18, 2023

 

                Kirk Wagner called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM. Members attending the meeting were: Kirk & Cherri Wagner, Ryan McBee, Jerry Hathaway, and Joy Relton. Guest attending the meeting is Tom Evans from Hanford, California. Kirk asked members to share their favorite game. Cherri Wagner made a motion to have the minutes of the February chapter approved as distributed with Ryan McBee seconding the motion and the motion was passed by the members attending the meeting. Joy Relton gave the Treasurer’s report with a beginning balance of $873.71 and the ending balance is $861.71. Cherri Wagner made a motion to have the Treasurer’s report approved as read with Jerry Hathaway seconding the motion and the motion was passed by the members attending the meeting. Kirk mention that he is concern about Joyce Green since members of the affiliate have not been able to get a hold of her. Jerry said that he will try to get in touch with Joyce. Kirk told Joy that if she send a e-mail to Jerry Garafolo that his daughter Andria will probably respond to the e-mail and if she does not respond let Kirk know and he will try to get in touch with them to see how Jerry is doing. Kirk asked Ryan and Joy to give a report about the Salem Legislative Seminar. Joy also mention that the affiliate is thinking of restarting a seniors division. Jerry suggested that Joy talk to Chris Morse and that Jerry will send Joy Chris’s e-mail address. Kirk played the Presidential release for March. Kirk adjourned the meeting.
