>                To summarize, this deals with something that is coming to Portland -- tolling on I-5 and I-205 that will feature pricing scaled to congestion conditions. Topics of the questions include who should be excluded from tolling or receive discounts, how to spend revenue, how else to disincentivize highway use and congestion, and how best to insure that the program gets implemented equitably. The survey is geared towards disabled people of Portland,, so the Oregon Department of Transportation is not only looking for drivers, but also passengers in all kinds of vehicles in the highway corridors.
