I am pasting the minutes from our July chapter meeting. Please take a look at them and let me know if there are any corrections, or changes, or if the minutes look to you.

Minutes July 16, 2022

 

                Kirk called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM. Members attending the meeting were: Kirk & Cherri Wagner, Ryan McBee, Jerry Hathaway, Joyce Green, and Jerry Garafolo. Tom Evans from Hanford, California visiting as a guest again. Kirk asked those attending the meeting to share their proudest accomplishment they have done in their life. Cherri Wagner made a motion to have the minutes from our May chapter meeting be approved as distributed with Joyce Green seconding the motion, and the motion was passed by the members attending the meeting. Cherri Wagner gave the Treasurer’s report for the last two months. The Treasurer’s report for June started with a beginning balance of $1,062.71 and the ending balance for June was $1,055.71, The beginning balance for July was $1055.71 and the ending balance for July is $1,043.71. Joyce Green gave a motion to have the Treasurer’s report for the last two months as read with Jerry Hathaway seconding the motion and the motion was passed by the members attending the meeting. Kirk gave a report of his experience of attending some virtual Zoom sessions of national convention that was held in New Orleans, Louisiana. Kirk mention that the Newsline training session that was held in June was very well done and that he learn some about Newsline from it. He think that we may do another Newsline training session in the fall. Cherri Wagner asked if there were any information about state convention yet and Kirk said that state convention will be discussed at the upcoming board meeting. Kirk adjourn the meeting.
