I am pasting the minutes from our October 2021 chapter meeting. Please take
a look at them and let me know if there any changes or corrections or if the
minutes look good to you.

Rose City Chapter Meeting

October 16, 2021

 

                Kirk called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM. The following
members were in attendance : Kirk & Cherri Wagner, Ryan McBee, Jerry
Hathaway, Joyce Green, Carolyn Brock, & Jerry Garafolo. Cherri Wagner made a
motion to accept the September 2021 amended minutes that were distributed
and Carolyn Brock second the minutes and the minutes were passed by the
members attending the meeting. Kirk played the October Presidential release.
Joyce Green gave the Treasurer's report with a beginning balance of $874.00
and the ending balance is $902.00. Cherri Wagner made a motion to have the
Treasurer's report approved as read with Carolyn Brock seconding the motion
and the motion was passed by the members attending the meeting. Joyce Green
remind us that she will not be running for the office of Treasurer this
year. Joyce Green also remind us that dues for 2022 are due by February 1,
2022. Kirk asked members to tell chapter members what their favorite
Halloween treat that they like the best. Kirk gave a report on the Hull
Foundation & Learning Center fund raiser that we participated with a
donation to their put put golf fund raiser. Kirk suggested that we keep in
touch with Oral Hull and their future activities that we might be involved
that might bring some members into the chapter and also get our name out
into the community. Kirk inform members that state convention will be coming
up in November and ask members to register who have not done it yet and that
the agenda is on the web site. Kirk made a motion to donate $50.00 for a
door prize for state convention and the motion failed by the members
attending the meeting. We then had a motion for donating $25.00 to the state
affiliate for a door prize at state convention and motion was passed by the
members attending the meeting. Joyce Green gave a suggestion of members
giving a presentation to a class, club, or group and they usually will give
a donation. Kirk adjourn the meeting.
