Convention Hotel

State Convention will be held Friday afternoon October 24 through midday Sunday October 26 at Hilton Garden Inn, 15520 N. W. Gateway Court, Beaverton, Oregon. Nightly room charge is $125 plus local taxes and fees. Please phone the hotel directly for guest room reservation(s). More about this on the registration page. Hotel breakfast is included with your stay. Hotel check in time 4:00 pm, check out time 11:00 am.

Registration

Convention registration is $10 for all attendingand to be eligible for door prizes. Session presenters and guests are encouraged to register for the convention. The registration and payment web pages will be available when event details are finalized.

Meals

Three meals will be available during the convention weekend. Friday night buffet $15, Saturday boxed lunch $15, and Saturday banquet $40. Breakfasts are included in the hotel restaurant for those staying in the hotel. A package price for all three meals is $55 if online registration and payment is received by October 3. The meal package price will increase to $65 if received October 4 through October 15 when online registration closes.

Important dates

October 3 - Deadline for requests to the State President for affiliate financial assistance to attend convention. Per affiliate policy, please contact your chapter president for convention financial assistance first.
October 3 - Meal package price increase from $55 to $65.
October 15 - Deadline for meal choices. Online registration closes.
October 15 - Deadline for hotel reservations.
